To celebrate International Women’s Day, we are hosting a Women’s Wellbeing Evening
Wednesday 8th March 7-9pm

 

The evening will include information talks on a range of Women’s Wellbeing topics:

Unexpected causes of weight gain

Importance of strength training for women and practical strength training exercises

Pelvic health during the menopause

Stress management

Opportunity to ask questions and talk to our clinical specialists, relax and enjoy a drink with friends.
