Our Wellbeing Services are designed to support you to make helpful changes to your overall health and wellbeing. We provide comprehensive assessments and ongoing support to ensure you achieve your desired health goals.
Are you wanting to make changes to your overall health and wellbeing? Or is there a specific area you would like to improve such as sleep, diet, mood or physical activity? Our Health and Wellbeing Coach provides in-depth assessments of your overall health and wellbeing and ongoing advice, education and support.
You will complete a Health and Wellbeing Assessment questionnaire prior to your initial assessment. This will focus on lifestyle, diet, physical activity, musculoskeletal health, work and function, mood and emotional wellbeing.
Your Health and Wellbeing Coach will review your questionnaire and discuss key health and wellbeing issues identified in relation to your physical, mental and emotional health during your assessment. A health and wellbeing plan will be agreed with you based on the outcomes of the overall assessment and your personal goals.
We can carry out a physical health screening which involves BP, HR, BMI, hip to waist circumference and a set of physical and functional tests. These tests will assess aerobic fitness, strength, flexibility and function. Your results will analysed in relation to normative data and discussed with you during your assessment .
Our Health and Wellbeing Assessment and the Physical Health Assessment can be combined to provide you with a comprehensive overview of your health and wellbeing.
Following a Health and Wellbeing and/or Physical Health assessment, ongoing advice, education and signposting can be provided during follow up health coaching sessions. These are designed to review progress, discuss challenges and modify your health and wellbeing plan accordingly.
The aim of health coaching support is to ensure you feel supported to make helpful health behaviour changes and achieve your health and wellbeing goals.
