Which services have you used at WRC and how have these helped improve your health and wellbeing?
I have attended regularly Boxercise classes and physiotherapy appointments and treatments as and when needed. There has been a marked improvement in my overall quality of life. Specifically with regards to coping with work related issues.
Specifically, how has attending boxercise regularly over the past three years affected your physical fitness and overall health?
My overall fitness levels have improved markedly with Boxercise being an important part of a weekly regime that includes running and weights. My overall health has improved specifically with regards to flexibility/mobility, relaxation and sleep quality.
Has attending Boxercise had an impact on your mental and emotional wellbeing? If so, how?
Without a doubt! I am far better equipped now to deal with the stresses and strains of modern family and work life.
Have there been any additional benefits to your health as a result of attending a regular class at WRC?
I am sleeping better and longer and have an enhanced social life and I cope a lot better with stress.
Overall, how would you describe your experience as a client of WRC and what would you say to anyone thinking about accessing our service and classes, in particularly men.
The overall experience has been nothing but positive and now regard it an integral part of my weekly schedule. I would advice men of any age or any level of boxing experience to seriously consider making the boxercise classes part of their weekly routine. The classes are superbly designed and professionally run with a fantastic range of drills and sparring routines. The improvements are there for all to see: and the social is good!
