Babies are warmly welcomed—bring along anything they need to stay comfortable—so you can focus on rebuilding your strength without worrying about childcare.
This program is suitable for all fitness levels and ideal for mums from 6+ weeks post-vaginal birth or 12+ weeks post-c-section, up to 12 months postpartum.
You will also gain access to a supportive WhatsApp group exclusively for Wellbeing & Rehabilitation Company members, offering community, encouragement, and ongoing wellbeing tips.
