Rocket Yoga
A strong and steady sequence based around the Ashtanga series. We begin with sun salutations to warm the body, before moving into standing, balances and seated work. The structure will be similar each week, allowing you to really tune out to tune in. Asana will be broken down so you can really feel into what you are doing and execute the movements safely.
Vinyasa Yoga Practice
An open-hearted, welcoming Vinyasa practice open to all levels. When life is hectic, this is the perfect yoga process to reconnect, slow down, and take a moment for yourself. Yoga styles are not reserved for a lycra clad elite. They are absolutely, totally available to YOU as amazing tools get stronger, more flexible and, most importantly, help cultivate a connection to your internal dialogue.
