Added Classes & Different Levels

Our new timetable launches from January 2026!

We have listened carefully to your feedback and reviewed class numbers in detail, and we are excited to introduce new regular classes to better support our community. This refreshed schedule has been thoughtfully designed to offer more choice, improved balance and greater consistency across the week.

Our aim is to create a welcoming and supportive experience for everyone, making it easier to attend classes, stay motivated and continue your journey with us in a positive and enjoyable way.

What Has Changed?

We have made a few changes to our timetable, so please take a moment to look through it and familiarise yourself with the updates.

We are also delighted to introduce new classes created in response to client feedback

🧘‍♀️ Living Well Pilates – Thursdays at 1:00 PM

Designed for people with long-term conditions, including osteoarthritis, chronic pain and musculoskeletal issues. A gentler, clinically supported Pilates class for those who find standard classes challenging.

💪 Men Only Pilates – Mondays at 5:00 PM

For beginners and improvers focusing on strength, core control and flexibility in a supportive environment.

🤍 Strong Mums – Fridays at 10:15 AM

A 6-week progressive functional programme. Babies are welcome — mums are responsible for their little ones and may bring car seats, toys, or anything to help keep baby settled.

Suitable from 6+ weeks post vaginal delivery and 12+ weeks post C-section, up to 12 months post-partum. All fitness levels welcome.

Fitness Levels

We have also introduced different fitness levels across our classes. It is important that everyone books into the correct level, as this allows you to get the most out of each session. Choosing the appropriate level helps ensure the class is safe, effective and enjoyable, and enables us to support our clients in the best possible way.
